Yvonne and Norman Rowe's second grandchild and first granddaughter came into the world on October 21, 2006. Photos taken at the time as well as later are available in the Photo Album. She was living in Phoenix, OR, with her mother and big brother when their home caught fire and burned to the ground on October 18, 2007, killing both of the children only three days prior to what would have been her first birthday.
